Meet Mac, short for Macaron, our newest edition to your ever growing vintage car collection. Mac is a 1948 Jeepster Willys Overland. Mac is super special, he came to us through a dear family member who asked us to take over the stewardship of this treasured family heirloom. The Jeepster Willys Overland was put into production from 1948 until 1950 with just under 20,000 manufactured. The jeep is said to be the vehicle that won World War 2, and this car was an attempt to offer returning servicemen the familiarity of the the vehicle they drove will serving while offering comforts of a traditional sedan type auto. The rag top puts our Willys into the category of a Phaeton, and the white walls and and 3 speed column shift were standards. With a whopping 62 hp (max speed of 55mph) Mac is going no where fast! However the thrill of leaving your wedding in a classic jeep cannot be matched. Everyone who sees Mac falls in love, which is why he’s perfect to be part of your big day.
