The car is re-finished in original Candy Apple Red Ford color for 1968 Mustangs. This is a Shelby re-creation, to look and feel like one of the original Shelby American Motors total of only 402 convertibles produced that year. The car has been featured in local parades over the years here in the San Francisco Bay Area, as it is a great show car, top down, with the boot in place. It drives very easily with the 302 V8, three speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes.
