This 1990 Bentley Turbo R has won multiple awards at various car shows. It was reviewed by Doug DeMuro. Power comes from a 6.75-liter turbocharged V8, rated at 297 horsepower and 487 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 3-speed automatic transmission. Factory equipment includes 17-inch polished alloy wheels, leather and wood coachwork, hide headlining, power-adjustable and heated front seats with 4-position memory function, fold-down picnic tables for the rear seats, and a dual-tone air horn with town and country settings. Bentley launched the Turbo R in 1985 as an evolution of the Mulsanne Turbo, though American sales didn't start until the 1989 model year. Stretching about 207 inches long, this stately sedan stood out from other members of the Bentley range by offering driver-friendly handling and surprising performance but it remained lavishly appointed inside. It was positioned between the Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit and Silver Spur as one of the most exclusive automobiles money could buy at the time. It features an aftermarket sound system and head unit featuring CarPlay and Android Auto.
Vehicle is located near the intersection of I95 and SR207.
