This original Dodge Viper RT/10 is a newer version of the Shelby Cobra. It’s the rawest, wildest, most rambunctious of all the Vipers. There’s no roof, no windows, no airbags, no ABS, a Lamborghini-designed 8.0 V-10 up front, and hot exhaust pipes out the sides. It does have a radio and cold A/C, though. Fewer than 7,000 of the first-gen Vipers were made, and only about 1,500 in ’95.

FOR EVENT RENTALS
Price assumes one full day (12 hours) including a driver with the car at your location (assumes up to 25-mile distance from car's location). Please contact me. The rental price may vary due to the driving distance, setting, amount of time you need the vehicle, and amount of time you need the driver. In some circumstances for a very short, very close booking, the price can go down. For a booking in the desert (very dusty) 100 miles away, the price may have to increase somewhat.
Everything on this car works and the car is fully serviced, sorted and reliable. The engine fires right up, idles smoothly, and gives you full power. Unlike many Vipers, the car is original with no modifications except for the stereo unit.
In the practicality department, the car will be comfortable for anyone under 6’0”. After that, you have to be ready to sacrifice some comfort. It’s strictly a 2-seater with no cabin storage space. The trunk is very small, only 5 cu ft, so it could fit a small carry-on and a small duffle bag and that’s it. The car does come with a soft top and zip-on side windows which are for emergencies or overnight street parking only. If you are coming from out-town and toting lots of bags but still want to take this for a road trip, don't fret! You are welcome to stow your excess bags with me for no charge if that works with your itinerary!
While this car is well-maintained and in excellent condition, it is still over 25 years old. I ask that you drive this car reasonably and do not abuse it. No racetracks, drag strips, side-shows, donuts, popping clutches, power shifts, or multi-gear downshifts, please. Do not cross the redline. Wait until the car is fully warm before having some fun. If there is evidence of excess tire or clutch wear due to overly-hard driving, you may be liable. This vehicle has no modern safety or stability aids. Despite its amble rubber, it can be dangerous if you are not careful. Treat it with respect and do not be overconfident in your abilities.
