In 2004 a friend found herself managing to sell 4-classic cars that her deceased father owned. One was a Corvair convertible which reminded me of a fraternity brother's car that I had always admired. Although I had never thought about owning a classic car, I bought it and soon the Corvair was delivered from Reno, NV. The exterior and interior were perfect and are still today still unmolested, but the drive line needed a lot of attention. After several months it was ready for the road. Recently, we did do a little refresh on the interior and finishes, however.
That was 20-years ago from the date of this writing. We have 14 grandchildren. All but two have had the opportunity to ride in multiple major parades. It is a family Corvair. Many awards have been collected by our participation in Charity Car shows and prominent Air/Car shows. Still, it is my daily driver and I enjoy every thumbs up I get.
By joining DriveShare we have had the pleasure of loaning our Corvair to many wonderful couples for their engagement weekends, weddings, and anniversaries. Many product manufacturers have used the Corvair as a prop in their photo shoots. Musicians and production companies have also used our Corvair for music videos. Please enjoy this recently published music video performance by Erin O'Neil while admiring our Corvair https://youtu.be/fg1lV43otQw.
