This old 1955 Chevy 3200 Montana farm truck is all original on the outside. At this point, the Chevy's main color is patina (aka rust), but it still has enough original green/turquoise paint to give it a great, weathered look. Even the inside of the cab has patinaed beautifully, including the ash tray which sat in the open position for who knows how many years. Because it lived most of its life in the arid Montana climate, there was almost no rust-through, so it has survived looking much like it did 50+ years ago.
Underneath the original exterior sits a modern drivetrain that easily cruises at 75-80 mph with the A/C on. It’s built on the original frame but includes today’s modern technology drivers expect. While it looks original, it’s mechanically set up to be a fully operable weekend work truck or tow a trailer when needed.

I’ve driven "Mater" (as my kids call it) for over 2 years and put 7,500+ miles on it working out the little bugs. It’s not perfect, but this truck is a blast to drive and gets tons of attention wherever it goes. If you’re searching for a really fun, original-looking classic pickup or need a reliable old truck, this is it.
