An absolute show business legend, this is Liberace's authentic Rolls Royce Sedanca Deville Town Car Limousine by James Young, stylized by glazer John Hancock. This is the very same car that set the bar, when Liberace would arrive on stage in it nightly at the Las Vegas Hilton.
The car remains the property of the Liberace Foundation , and was most recently on exhibit as part of the grand opening of Resorts World on the Las Vegas Strip, which is the new Las Vegas Hilton, and where the Liberace Foundation Chairman famously turned down an offer from a major player at the casino, for $1 million. The car was also seen in HBO's 2013 film Behind The Candelabra, in which Michael Douglas rode in the car as Liberace, and Matt Damon drove in the role of Scott Thorson. The vehicle is also routinely viewed at the Liberace Garage exhibit.
The car is one of only seven of this model and year ever made. It is the only remaining one with left hand drive. The car is a museum piece, and may not be started as it often goes on exhibit indoors. It may, however, be featured in your film, video or photoshoot. This can be done at its current location in Liberace Garage (most economical option), or on your location, which is substantially more expensive (see daily rate). We do consider the treatment, actors and content planned, so please drop us a not to inquire further. This vehicle comes with an experienced car handler. For picture car usage, we offer our own greeking as well.
