At just 13 years old, I came across the car that would become the project of a lifetime. It wasn’t much to look at then—just an old, beat-up muscle car sitting under a tarp in someone’s backyard, but I saw something in it. More importantly, so did my dad. We decided it would be our project, a father-daughter journey that would take years to complete, slowly bringing the old beast back to life.
One of the biggest milestones came when we installed a 5.3 LS motor under the hood. The moment we fired it up, the engine roared to life. By the summer of 2024, we reached another turning point. The car needed a fresh look. Instead of taking it to a shop, I took it on myself to hand-paint it. We installed a new, sleek interior, bringing a modern touch to the car without losing its vintage feel. To top it all off, a new stereo system went in—nothing too flashy, but perfect for cruising. It had to match the car’s vibe, ensuring that every ride was atmospheric, the kind where the music and the rumble of the engine combined into one perfect experience.
Now, at 21 and in college, and hope to see others enjoy the El Camino as much as I do.

We can discuss a meeting spot that works for both parties. A test drive will be needed to demonstrate the car. Looking forward to spreading the love of muscle cars!
