Vehicle story

Her proper name is “The Mistress”. We’ve been dating since 1989 when I was a Junior in High School. I believe I am her third relationship. She is a very pretty British Racing Green that looks much younger than her 48 years. Recently, she’s been given a new windscreen, hood, and LED headlights. Her engine was rebuilt in 2022 and now purrs like the proper kitten that she is. If you don’t treat her well, she won’t treat you well. She likes being shown regular attention (even if my wife joins in)!

Important Note! She has a four speed, manual transmission.

Engine

Just had this engine rebuilt and installed on Feb of 2022. Replaced the Zenith-Stromberg carbuerator with a Weber downdraft back in 2015. Much more reliable ever since. I replaced the starter motor in Dec 2022.

Wheels and tires

Fresh tires as of 2022.

Brakes

Replaced the Master cylinder in June 2023.

Transmission

4 speed on the floor
reverse gear is a knock to the left and a pull toward your right hip.
