Renown Mercedes Benz designer Bruno Sacco penned what is deemed as his masterpiece, the R129 SL (Super Leicht). Styled in the bold excess 80s, formed of alloy, leather and wood in the early 90s. This SL is a very rare manual transmission example that has the provenance of being 1 of less than a handful estimated to have been produced in Gloss Black over Palomino Brown leather making this example extremely rare.

Famous aficionados of the R129 SL include Michael Schumacher, Princess Diana, Tupac Shakur, Mike Tyson, Harrison Ford.
