This is Ernie, our lovely little 1991 Nissan Figaro! Built in Japan for a single year, Nissan produced just 20,000 units total; and buyers actually had to win a lottery just for the chance to own one. Because they were never originally sold in North America, seeing a right-hand-drive Figaro on US roads today is exceptionally rare. Even the paint has a story: Nissan released the car in four distinct colors representing the four seasons.
