I always take care of everything ahead of schedule to give us plenty of buffer time and keep things completely hassle-free for you. To help us get you on the road as quickly as possible, please follow these quick steps before you arrive: Upload Verification Photos: Per platform rules, please upload a clear, close-up photo of your driver's license, as well as a selfie holding your license next to your face, directly to the trip photos. This must be completed before I can hand over the keys. Arriving at the Location: When you pull up to the 76 station, look for the clean, jet-black Mercedes-Benz ML350. I will be parked and waiting for you right there. Walkaround & Key Handoff: Together, we will do a very quick 2-minute walkaround of the vehicle to confirm fuel and mileage levels. Once that's set, I will personally hand you the keys so you can be on your way. If you run into any traffic or your schedule shifts slightly, just send me a message through the app. I look forward to meeting you and providing you with an exceptional, premium experience!
