My love of cars began by watching NASCAR with my dad. Also, as a young kid, I developed a rare interest in maps. I found that what was hard for others when it came to reading a map came easily to me. I look at maps the way people look at paintings. They are art. I have had many cars over the years, but none is as much fun as my current Miata. Lightweight, Rear Wheel Drive, with a near 50-50 weight balance, makes it a joy on every corner. With the recent addition of a performance exhaust, I rarely listen to music anymore, as the sound of that engine as it approaches 5000 rpm is a thrill all in its own.
Recently, I started a local cruise group on Facebook open to all car enthusiasts who want to do more than just go to car shows. I make my own routes and lead 10-20 cars across central PA every weekend. If you are in the area and have a fun car yourself, check us out @ Cruis'n PA on Facebook.
