When I was a kid my dad cycled through 60s and 70s era pickups, which he used as work trucks as well as family haulers. My mom had a ‘51 Buick. My older brothers had Broncos, Chevelles, Firebirds, Toyota pickups, and Suzuki Samurais. I loved cars as much as they did but it wasn’t until my first classic — a ‘60 Oldsmobile that I bought from my grandfather’s pal — that I was truly hooked.
