This car was purchased in 1957 in the midwest by a man who bought it for his wife. Ten years later, they would divorce and he wanted the car back. She therefore drove the car against the guardrails along the freeway and returned it to him in that condition. He then stored it for about 30 years until he finally sold it to someone in CA. The new owner in CA only bought it to sell it at Pomona. He sold it to the person who sold it to me. Technically, I am the 4th owner.
