Vehicle story

This is a fully restored Willys Overland Jeepster. The engine was recently rebuilt with upgrades to the electrical system for a smooth and dependable ride. The Jeepster is a Phaeton convertible designed as a Post War touring version of the Jeep. Production ran from 1948 through 1950. The car was originally purchased in Kentucky in 1951 and I am the third owner.
Options are: I will drive or deliver the Jeepster from Santa Monica to your event. I will dress and prepare a soundtrack to complement your theme. The transmission is manual three speed with column shift and overdrive. If you choose to drive, you can pick it up or I can deliver.
It is a fun car to ride with room for myself as driver and up to five additional
passengers.

Coker radial tires new this year.

Brakes

Drum brakes have been rebuilt 2000 miles ago.

Transmission

3 speed manual transmission on the column with newly rebuilt overdrive.
55 mph is at the top end.

Pick-up instructions

Car is available for pick up at 8:00 am and return by 7:00 pm There is a 75 mile limit. No freeway driving. I will take you for a test drive. You would be able to leave your car on the street.
