Our one owner family Riviera (Goldie) was originally purchased new in Dallas in May 1967 by my father.
Goldie was thoroughly freshened and restored on-frame in the late 80s by me — well after dad quit driving her to work on a regular basis (since 1982). She has been maintained and upgraded in mostly subtle, inconspicuous ways by me throughout the years since.
A significant highlight for dad and me was being able to display her in the 2019 DFW Auto Show Classic Car Corral.
Thanks for looking.
the original 430 cid engine was rebuilt in 1988 using highly rated Kenne-Bell pistons and Mark-118 camshaft, which, has proven to be an amazingly excellent choice. I used a Kenne-Bell high volume oil pump kit at the same time for improved constant oil pressure flow in the extreme Texas heat.
OEM wheel covers and new radial tires as of May 2021.
Freshly restored entire brake system November 2022.
Buick Super Turbine 400, or ST400, 3-speed automatic (original rebuilt). 1967 was the last year for this unique (switch-pitch) transmission; only available for three years (65-67).
Our Riviera will be delivered — driven to the desired point of use specified and/or chauffeur driven in the DFW Metroplex area as requested and agreed to, within reason, and the applicable Driveshare program policy.
