This is a 1968 Mercedes 280 sl, nickname Pagode. The nick name is based on the shape of the second optional removable hard top. This is a Doris Day car so to say. This car runs like a new car. Keep in mind this car is all original. A great example of German engineering and innovations.
2.8l inline six with a mechanical Bosh direct fuel injection. All for corners equipped with disk brakes and this in 68. A wonderful cruiser on a sunny day.
