1972 Ford Ranchero 500
Built on the Gran Torino chsssis, it’s the biggest Ranchero ever built.
This particular car was found sitting in a garage forgotten in the desert.
I kept the original paint and patina as is.
Had the 351 V8 engine rebuilt with performance upgrades. The transmission has been rebuilt, shift kit added.
Complete suspension and brake system overhaul, front and rear sway bars added. This car drives and handles like a sports car.
Skightly lowered front and in the rear.
New center lock style aluminum wheels and new beefy tires all around.
The interior has new carpet, dash and new headliner. Custom bucket seats with 3 point seatbelt.
Still has the original radio for looks, but concealed there’s a Bluetooth receiver so you can listen to your playlist.
The Ranchero has a fairly large 6 foot pickup bed, that can come handy.
The car is extremely realizable and it’s easy to drive.
Perfect anti hero car for period correct production or photo shoot.
Throw in your surfboard and head to the beach.
