Richard Plauche Vehicle story
This is a very recently rebuilt Volkswagen chassis & drive train with a fiberglass body. It is street legal with current break tag and can be driven on the streets all day legally. Has been used primarily for riding in parades and short fun rides. I consider it my street legal go-kart, so much fun.
