To ensure consideration for potential allergies and other renters’ experiences, please refrain from bringing pets inside the car during your trip. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a maximum of $250 in cleaning fees.


- You are not required to clean the vehicle before returning it, unless it is exceptionally dirty (refer to our policy for details, maximum cleaning fee of $250).

- Earn a 10% OFF discount on your next trip and a five-star rating by running the vehicle through the nearest Shell station for a quick interior vacuum using their cleaning tools (available for $1). This optional step is our way of rewarding you!

We kindly ask that you take extra care not to misplace your key. In the unfortunate event of a lost key, a replacement fee of $500 will be charged.

Etiquette:

- Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. We strictly enforce a smoking fine and a cleaning fee of up to $250.00, in accordance with platform policy (applicable for spills, sand, pet hair, etc.).

- NO SMOKING OR DRUGS allowed.
