2019 Tesla Model X (Truck)

Thanks for booking! Please contact me if you have any concerns. I am always free via text but you can call if there's an emergency. You will have access to the Tesla app to manage all of the usage of the car and charging during your booking. Please make sure to return the car at the same charge level as when you received it. Also, it is very important you take before and after pictures and videos of the entire outside and inside of the car so you won't be held responsible for any damage discovered once returned. Any toll and supercharging costs that occur during your booking will be sent to you for reimbursement after your booking ends. Pick up instructions: If you are in a car enter the garage for The Residence Apartments building on the right side of the building at the end of the block next to Barry’s. You will see the North Garage entrance once you make a right on the side of the building. Go up the first ramp and take a ticket to enter if you are by car at pick-up. Also, if you are not in a car you can use the elevator to the left of the front door of The Residence Apartment building that goes to the North parking garage. The car will be on 2 or 3 level in an unreserved spot. When leaving please use the white key card in the car key bag to scan. Drop off: If you are driving when returning please use the white key card in the car key bag to scan when entering. Make sure to always leave car In unreserved space only on level 5 or up by a power outlet and plug the car back up. To get back to ground level from the garage if you are on foot take the elevator to level L.
