To ensure a smooth, professional hand-off and protect the factory integrity of this 2021 Mustang GT PP1, please adhere to the following logistics guidelines: • Transport & Delivery: • Chicagoland Area: Owner is fully available to drive and deliver the vehicle directly to your designated set, basecamp, or staging lot. • Flatbed Option: If production prefers to transport the vehicle via flatbed tow truck, the service must be fully funded by production and use a modern flatbed ramp (due to the aggressive factory front splitter on the PP1 package). • On-Set Operation & Keys: • Static & Background Use: Owner is happy to remain on set as a dedicated vehicle handler to position, start, and move the car between camera setups. • Precision/Actor Driving: If an actor or precision driver will be operating the vehicle on camera, production must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the owner as additionally insured prior to the start of the shoot. • Condition & Prep Protocol: • A joint Vehicle Condition Report and walk-around photo inspection must be completed with the Picture Car Coordinator immediately upon arrival and at wrap. • The vehicle will arrive fully fueled and clean. Light on-set detailing (dusting, glass cleaning, tire shine) is permitted using non-abrasive products. No vinyl wraps, magnetic signs, or camera rigging may be attached without prior written approval.
