PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS Thank you for choosing to ride in the AMG G63 — here's everything you need for a smooth pickup: Confirm your booking — You'll receive a confirmation message 24 hours before your trip starts. Reply to confirm your pickup time and location. Arrival — Please arrive on time. If you're running late, message me through the app so I can adjust accordingly. ID & License check — Have your valid driver's license ready. I'll do a quick verification before handing over the keys. Walkthrough — We'll do a full exterior and interior walkthrough together. Take your time — note any existing marks, scratches, or scuffs. Photos will be taken on both ends. Fuel level — The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of premium 93-octane fuel only. Please confirm this at pickup. Keys & documents — You'll receive the key fob and the vehicle's registration. Keep them secure during your trip. Quick orientation — I'll walk you through the AMG Dynamic Select drive modes, the infotainment system, and the three differential locks. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS Fuel up before returning — Please return the vehicle with a full tank of premium 93-octane (BP, Shell, or Mobil recommended). Receipts are appreciated but not required. Clean condition — Return the car in the same interior condition it was given to you. Excessive mess or odors may result in a cleaning fee. NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED, a $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied for smoke odor. On time — Late returns affect the next guest's reservation. Please message me at least 2 hours in advance if you need to extend — extensions are subject to availability and must be approved through the app. Final walkthrough — We'll do another exterior and interior check together at return. This protects both of us — any new damage will be documented and reported through the platform. Personal items — Double-check the cabin, trunk, and under the seats for any belongings. I am not responsible for items left behind, though I'll do my best to hold them for 48 hours. Keys — Return all keys and the registration card. Lost key fob replacement fees will apply.
