I will email you access to download the Tesla app at the email you have on file with Turo. The Tesla app will act as your car key and it will automatically unlock the vehicle as you walk up to the door. If not, you can use the app to unlock the vehicle. If you have any issues, please reach out via phone at 619-339-1112 and I can open it for you. Once you enter the vehicle, there will be a physical key that you can use which will be in the center console which the key looks like a debit card that says Tesla across it.
