My goal is to have all my car rentals be an enjoyable, hassle free experience for all of my renters. I expect renters to respect my cars and treat them as if they were their own. I am always open to feedback both good and bad, as I am always trying to upgrade processes and procedures to make the car rental experience an enjoyable one.
