Our family lived at sea on a tall ship for eight years and sailed over 7,500 nautical across the Pacific Ocean. Upon relocating to land during the Covid pandemic, we moved to the artistic town of Eureka Springs (https://www.visiteurekasprings.com/).

When our son started college at age 16, he took over our daily driving car so we needed to purchase a new one. Not wanting to buy another car the depreciates, we searched for a fun vehicle that we could drive around town that would gain value over time. The Messerschmitt KR200 was the perfect fit!

The nicest thing about the Messerschmitt is the support network of people around the world that love these cars. Our personal mentor is David Garner, president of the Messerschmitt Owners Club of the UK. He bought his first Messerschmitt at the age of 16 years old (in parts) and now, at age 73, has over seven Messerschmitts! Everything I repair or improve on our Messerschmitt is ran by him first to make sure that we are following the best practices.
