James was very accommodating and the car was fantastic! The car ran flawlessly and was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed it when I was town for Auction week and now want to buy a 996 myself!
James was great. This was my first drive share so didn't know the process. When I arrived at his home on Friday evening about 8:00 PM we took pictures of car all around--hard to see because of dark--but he told me of existing dent in drivers door and I saw some little dents in passenger door. I signed the accecptance in getting the car and off we went. Since I live 45 miles North of James I used a great portion of the allowed 150 miles just driving up and back. Saturday morning we joined some fellow AZ PCAers on a tour to Sedona and great lunch at Seven Canyons Golf Resort. Drove back with a friend and returned the 911 to James about 6:00 PM. We filled the tank with premium at a gas station 1/2 mile away and gave the receipt to James.I was suprised how well a 1999 996 with 138k miles on it drove. It drove very well--just like a Porsche is supposed to. James was very nice in giving us some extra miles on our initial fee of +30 so 150 total and he said he reduced the overage mileage to $.50 from (I think) $.95. Very pleasant person and this worked very well. I think this is an excellent program for anyone who doesn't have a Porsche where they are and want to drive one or go on a PCA outing with it. A lot less expensive than owning a Porsche to occassionally drive in away from places. In our case Phoenix, AZ winter home. Thanks to James and Hagerty and we look forward to our nest rental. I rented James 1999 996 Carrera coupe on 10/17 for a day. I had also rented this same car from James on 3/13/20. James was great when I got there. Car ran well just like last time and I returned it with no issues and a full tank. Thank you James for renting to me. I have not been successful yet in finding a Porsche I want for my winter home here in AZ so I am thankful I can rent from James to participate in some AZPCA activites. There have been so few sind Covid-19 pandemic.

James was great! Pick up and drop off we’re seamless and very convenient. It was my first time using driveshare and it won’t be the last. James let us know the ins and outs of the car before we took off and if he forgot to tell us something he would text it. We are very happy with our interactions.
