What a fantastic guest! Joe used great communication throughout the process, he was easy to work with and very understanding. There was a minor mechanical issue that had him stranded by the side of the road towards the end of the trip. I had to pull a rescue with a tow truck, but he took it all in stride. Took good care of the car. I'd rent to him again in a heart beat. Five Stars all the way!
