All went well. Archie and his sister we very pleasant and he needed very little instruction on the car. Due to heavy traffic and their long travel distance to pick up the car they were 3 hours late which required me to alter my plans for the day, but in the end it all worked just fine. On the check-in app on my iPhone I was unable to pull up the page for his signature. No matter what we tried, so he was not able to sign at drop off. This has happen to me with other renters. Not sure if it your app or if I am doing something wrong.
