Hi! I’m Bonnie Wayland, the proud owner and driving force behind Dreamy Dubs.
My love for classic Volkswagens started when I saw photos of my grandfather's 1959 Beetle from his time in Florida. That car sparked a lifelong passion, and in 2019, I brought my dream to life with Dreamy Dubs, starting with my beloved 1973 VW Super Beetle, "Lucy."
For the past 5 years, I’ve put my heart into Dreamy Dubs, expanding the fleet and services to bring the timeless charm of classic VWs to weddings and events all around Phoenix, Arizona. Fun fact: "Lucy" was even my own getaway car at my wedding!
Our fleet now includes "Stevie," a 1977 VW Bus that’s been a labor of love, with a full engine restoration over the past two years. Stevie will soon be available for photoshoots, and I’m planning to turn her into a vintage photo booth on wheels.
In addition to running Dreamy Dubs, I’m often behind the wheel, driving you to your special events. I take pride in arriving early, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping you feel at ease on your big day.
I’m also a passionate member of the Volkswagen community and love attending local car shows around Phoenix, where I connect with fellow VW enthusiasts and share my love for these iconic cars.
