This wonderful 1969 mustang convertible is the picture of Southern California. It is in great shape for a car of its age with both beauty and character iconic to its vintage. It runs very well and is nice and straight with a subtle metallic green paint and black interior. If you want a car that captures the true spirit of classic american adventure, then this is the one for you.

Given the age of the car please be aware that it lacks many of the modern conveniences we have all gotten used to, the windows are all manual, there are no anti-lock brakes, so you want to keep a much greater distance between you and the car in front. The car does have power steering, an automatic transmission and power disc brakes so it handles much better than when original

Again be aware that this car is super cool, but it is not a modern car, it is a classic. If you want something super comfortable, there are a million options to choose from, but if you want an unforgettable adventure with the wind in your hair, then this could very well be the most fun car you will ever drive.

the mustang is located in a residential neighborhood about 8 miles from the Santa Barbara Airport. cars can be left in the street or you can get an Uber from the airport for about $15. We are also able to deliver. Typically we would meet a renter when they drop the car back off but it is also possible to drop the car off locked in front of the garage.

Layne was very kind and accommodating. His Mustang is a dream! We got so many compliments, please shouting, "I like your car!"// "What king of engine!". It made our Elopement so special. It is very cute, Layne has some tapes in the vehicle you can play with the cutest old school music. Perfect for after our ceremony. Highly recommend renting this car even it is just for one day!!
