We had a wonderful experience with Hector's Jeep. Hector met us at the airport and was friendly, responsive, and showed a lot of aloha. The Jeep itself ran well and did not have any problems. The front seats did not have a working lever for the seatback, but we improvised with a pillow. Also, the manual door locks took some getting used to.All in all, this rental worked out very well. Thank you Hector. We would definitely use your services again.

We were very happy with Hectors rental. Friendly and helped us out a lot with our car rental...Jeep was clean and perfect for the Big Island. AC was cold and never had a mechanical problem....drove well and felt good. Price was better than others. Would definitely rent again.

Hector was amazing (jeep was great too!)! He picked us up from the airport, and really took care of us. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the time we had told Hector we would return the vehicle, and we kept the car an hour later than expected. Hector had turnover that day, so I'm afraid we may have made it a little chaotic for him, but he handled us with grace. This was our first time using driveshare, so it didn't occur to me that it isn't your typical 'car rental' and the timing is important. Thanks again Hector for everything!
